Āloka-dāna (Dīpa-dāna), Sumanas–Dhūpa–Dīpa Phala: Manu–Suvarṇa and Śukra–Bali Exempla
यं यमुद्दिश्य दीयेरन् देव॑ सुमनस: प्रभो । मंगलार्थ स तेनास्य प्रीतो भवति दैत्यप
yaṁ yam uddiśya dīyeran deva-sumanasaḥ prabho | maṅgalārthaḥ sa tenāsya prīto bhavati daityapa ||
သုကြက ပြောသည်– «အရှင်ဘုရား၊ မည်သည့် နတ်ကို ရည်ရွယ်၍ ပန်းပူဇော်သော်လည်း ထိုနတ်သည် ထိုပန်းပူဇော်မှုကြောင့် ပူဇော်သူအပေါ် အလွန်နှစ်သက်၍၊ ပူဇော်သူ၏ မင်္ဂလာနှင့် ကောင်းကျိုးအတွက် တက်ကြွစွာ ကြိုးပမ်းပေးလိမ့်မည်»။
