अतिथीन्‌ पूजयामास यथावत्‌ समुपागतान्‌ । एवं हि सुमहान्‌ कालो व्यत्यक्रामत तस्य वै

Transliteration

atithīn pūjayāmāsa yathāvat samupāgatān | evaṁ hi sumahān kālo vyatyakrāmata tasya vai ||

Translation

ဘီရှ္မက ပြောသည်– ရောက်လာသော ဧည့်သည်တို့ကို ထုံးတမ်းစဉ်လာအတိုင်း သင့်တော်စွာ ဂုဏ်ပြုကာ ဆက်ဆံခဲ့သည်။ ထိုသို့ပင် သူ့အတွက် အလွန်ရှည်လျားသော အချိန်ကာလသည် ဧည့်ဝတ်ပြုခြင်းနှင့် သင့်လျော်သော အကျင့်တရားကို တည်တံ့စွာ လေ့ကျင့်ရင်း ကုန်လွန်သွား하였다။
