The verse highlights that sincere reflection and moral deliberation can invite timely guidance: the arrival of a devarṣi like Nārada symbolizes authoritative counsel entering the story when discernment is needed, reinforcing respect for wise instruction in dharmic decision-making.
The speakers (women, indicated by dṛṣṭavatyaḥ) say that after thinking for a short while, they beheld the illustrious divine sage Nārada. His appearance signals an impending exchange of guidance or revelation that will shape the next events.
