Dvandva-nivṛtti and Ātma-viveka

योगधारणया कांश्चिदासनैर्धारणान्वितै: । तपोमन्त्रौषधै: कांश्चिदुपसर्गान् विनिर्दहेत् ॥ ३९ ॥

yoga-dhāraṇayā kāṁścid āsanair dhāraṇānvitaiḥ tapo-mantrauṣadhaiḥ kāṁścid upasargān vinirdahet

အချို့သော အနှောင့်အယှက်များကို ယောဂဓာရဏာ သို့မဟုတ် အာသနာနှင့် အသက်ရှုထိန်းညှိ၍ အာရုံစိုက်ခြင်းဖြင့် တားဆီးနိုင်ပြီး၊ အချို့ကို တပဿ၊ မန္တရ၊ ဆေးဖက်ဝင်အပင်များဖြင့် ဖျက်ဆီးနိုင်သည်။
