Rājasūya: Agrapūjā for Kṛṣṇa and the Slaying (and Liberation) of Śiśupāla
भगवन्निन्दनं श्रुत्वा दु:सहं तत् सभासद: । कर्णौ पिधाय निर्जग्मु: शपन्तश्चेदिपं रुषा ॥ ३९ ॥
bhagavan-nindanaṁ śrutvā duḥsahaṁ tat sabhā-sadaḥ karṇau pidhāya nirjagmuḥ śapantaś cedi-paṁ ruṣā
ဘဂဝန်ကို မခံနိုင်လောက်အောင် ပြစ်တင်နိန္ဒာပြောဆိုသံကို ကြားသော် စည်းဝေးပွဲဝင်အချို့သည် နားကိုပိတ်ကာ ထွက်ခွာသွားကြပြီး၊ ဒေါသဖြင့် ချေဒီဘုရင်ကို ကျိန်ဆဲကြသည်။
This verse shows that saintly and righteous people find blasphemy of the Lord intolerable; they refuse to hear it (covering their ears) and withdraw from such association.
Śiśupāla, the king of Cedi, publicly insulted Śrī Kṛṣṇa; the sabhāsadas considered this offense unbearable and therefore covered their ears, departed, and cursed him in anger.
