सप्तद्वीप-समुद्र-प्रमाणम्: प्लक्षादि-द्वीपवर्णनं, लोकालोक-सीमा, चन्द्र-समुद्र-वृद्धिक्षयः

वलयाकारम् एकैकं तयोर् वर्षं तथा गिरिः

valayākāram ekaikaṃ tayor varṣaṃ tathā giriḥ

Setiap satu daripada keduanya—varṣa itu dan gunung yang mengelilinginya—berdiri sebagai jalur berbentuk cincin yang tersendiri, tersusun berurutan satu demi satu.
