रुद्रसर्गः (नीललोहितः), अष्टनाम-स्थान-परिवारः, श्री-नारायणयोः अभेदव्याप्तिः
अर्थो विष्णुर् इयं वाणी नीतिर् एषा नयो हरिः बोधो विष्णुर् इयं बुद्धिर् धर्मो ऽसौ सत्क्रिया त्व् इयम्
artho viṣṇur iyaṃ vāṇī nītir eṣā nayo hariḥ bodho viṣṇur iyaṃ buddhir dharmo 'sau satkriyā tv iyam
Makna itu sendiri ialah Viṣṇu; ucapan ini juga Dia. Nīti, tata laku yang benar ini ialah Dia; jalan penuntun ini ialah Hari. Kefahaman ialah Viṣṇu; kebijaksanaan ini juga Dia. Itulah Dharma—dan inilah perbuatan suci yang benar.
Sage Parāśara (teaching Maitreya)
It teaches that Vishnu is not merely a distant deity but the indwelling source of meaning, expression, understanding, and righteous order—so all higher human faculties ultimately rest in Him.
Parāśara presents right policy and the power that leads beings toward proper conduct as Hari Himself, implying that true governance of life aligns with the Lord’s sustaining order (dharma).
Vishnu is affirmed as the Supreme Reality pervading every function that upholds the world—knowledge, discernment, morality, and action—highlighting His sovereignty and immanence central to Vaishnava Vedānta.
