विकासाणुस्वरूपैश् च ब्रह्मरूपादिभिस् तथा व्यक्तस्वरूपश् च तथा विष्णुः सर्वेश्वरेश्वरः
vikāsāṇusvarūpaiś ca brahmarūpādibhis tathā vyaktasvarūpaś ca tathā viṣṇuḥ sarveśvareśvaraḥ
Viṣṇu—Tuhan di atas segala tuhan—hadir sebagai prinsip halus di sebalik pengembangan dan kehalusan seperti atom; hadir sebagai Brahmā dan bentuk kosmik yang lain; dan hadir juga sebagai realiti yang nyata serta dapat disaksikan sepenuhnya.
