Berbanding samudra itu, Śāka-dvīpa adalah dua kali ganda; dan di luar Śāka terdapat samudra susu yang unggul. Di alam itu, Hari bersemayam, berbaring di atas ranjang Śeṣa. Dan semuanya ini tersusun saling berurutan, masing-masing menjadi dua kali ganda daripada yang sebelumnya.

Cosmic geography culminates in a theological center: the ordered universe ultimately rests upon the sustaining presence of Hari, indicating that structure (cosmos) and sustenance (Viṣṇu) are inseparable.
