मनस्तत्र लयं याति तद्विष्णोः परमं पदम् । तावदाकाशसङ्कल्पो यावच्छब्दः प्रवर्तते ॥

Padapatha (Word Split)

मनः । तत्र । लयम् । याति । तत् । विष्णोः । परमम् । पदम् ॥ तावत् । आकाश-सङ्कल्पः । यावत् । शब्दः । प्रवर्तते ॥

IAST Transliteration

manas tatra layaṃ yāti tad viṣṇoḥ paramaṃ padam | tāvad ākāśasaṅkalpo yāvacchabdaḥ pravartate ||

Translation

Di sana minda menuju lebur; itulah kediaman tertinggi Viṣṇu. Selama bunyi masih berfungsi, selama itu juga wujud sangkaan tentang ‘angkasa’ (ākāśa).

Academic Translation

There the mind goes to dissolution; that is the supreme abode of Viṣṇu. So long is there the conception of ‘space’ (ākāśa) as long as sound continues to operate.
