Skanda Purana — Nagara Khanda, Shloka 115

अपि पापात्मनः पुंसो ब्रह्मघ्नस्यापि देहिनः । अपि रौरवसंस्थस्य कुम्भीपाकगतस्य च

api pāpātmanaḥ puṃso brahmaghnasyāpi dehinaḥ | api rauravasaṃsthasya kumbhīpākagatasya ca

Bahkan bagi orang yang berdosa—bahkan bagi insan berjasad yang telah membunuh seorang brāhmaṇa—bahkan bagi yang menetap di neraka Raurava, atau yang terjatuh ke Kumbhīpāka—demikianlah.
