श्रीसूत उवाच । पुरा दाशरथी रामः ससुग्रीवभिभीषणः । लक्ष्मणेन युतो भ्रात्रा मंत्रज्ञेन हनूमता

śrīsūta uvāca | purā dāśarathī rāmaḥ sasugrīvabhibhīṣaṇaḥ | lakṣmaṇena yuto bhrātrā maṃtrajñena hanūmatā

Śrī Sūta berkata: Pada zaman dahulu, Rāma putera Daśaratha—bersama Sugrīva dan Vibhīṣaṇa—ditemani saudaranya Lakṣmaṇa, serta Hanūmān yang mahir dalam musyawarah dan mantra (telah datang ke sana).
