Apabila Deva bertitah demikian, para golongan makhluk ilahi pun menahan Ketaka pada saat itu, mengepungnya dari segala arah.
Suta Goswami (narrating to the sages of Naimisharanya)
Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Rudra
It highlights the puranic principle that divine order (dharma) restrains false or improper conduct; even celestial beings are checked when the Deva’s command establishes what is right.
In the Linga narrative, actions around sacred testimony and purity of worship are regulated; the gods’ restraint reflects that Saguna Shiva’s cosmic governance protects the sanctity of Linga-related dharma.
A practical takeaway is satya (truthfulness) and śuddhi (purity) in Shiva worship—chanting the Panchakshara “Om Namaḥ Śivāya” with integrity, avoiding deceit in vow, mantra, and offering.
