Sementara itu, Kṛṣṇa, setelah mendengar bahawa Arjuna telah tiba, datang untuk menemuinya; dan apabila mendengar khabar itu, baginda dipenuhi kegembiraan.

It highlights śravaṇa (devotional hearing) and satsanga-like meeting: auspicious encounters arise from right intention, and joy follows when devotees unite in dharma—supporting the Shaiva view that grace flows through sacred association and timely action.
Though the verse names Krishna and Arjuna, the Purana’s narrative method uses revered figures to frame devotion and dharma; such meetings typically lead toward acts of worship and recitation that culminate in Saguna Shiva devotion (Linga-upasana) within the larger Shatarudra context.
Practice śravaṇa and smaraṇa: regularly listen to Shiva-kathā and repeat Shiva’s names (e.g., the Panchakshara, “Om Namaḥ Śivāya”) before meeting elders/teachers, so the mind becomes steady and joyful like Krishna upon hearing good news.
