ततः स्नानार्थमगमद्दुर्वासाः शिष्यसंयुतः । विलम्बं कृतवांस्तत्र परीक्षार्थं मुनिर्बहु
tataḥ snānārthamagamaddurvāsāḥ śiṣyasaṃyutaḥ | vilambaṃ kṛtavāṃstatra parīkṣārthaṃ munirbahu
Kemudian Durvāsā, bersama para muridnya, pergi ke sana untuk mandi. Sang muni sengaja berlengah-lengah lama, dengan maksud menguji (mereka).
