वालि–मायावी–बिलप्रवेशः
Vali’s Pursuit of Mayavi and the Cave Episode
मायावी नाम तेजस्वी पूर्वजो दुन्दुभेः सुतः।तेन तस्य महद्वैरं स्त्रीकृतं विश्श्रुतं पुरा4.9.4।।
māyāvī nāma tejasvī pūrvajo dundubheḥ sutaḥ | tena tasya mahad vairaṃ strīkṛtaṃ viśśrutaṃ purā || 4.9.4 ||
Dahulu ada seorang yang perkasa bernama Māyāvī, putera sulung Dundubhi; sejak lama tersohor permusuhan besar yang pahit antara dia dan Vālī, berpunca daripada pertikaian kerana seorang wanita.
