Recognition of Sītā’s Ornaments
शाद्वलिन्यां ध्रुवं भूमौ सीतया ह्रियमाणया।उत्सृष्टं भूषणमिदं तथारूपं हि दृश्यते4.6.21।।
śādvalinyāṃ dhruvaṃ bhūmau sītayā hriyamāṇayā |
utsṛṣṭaṃ bhūṣaṇam idaṃ tathārūpaṃ hi dṛśyate || 4.6.21 ||
“Sesungguhnya ketika Sītā dibawa pergi, dia telah menjatuhkan perhiasan ini ke tanah berumput; jelas kelihatan masih seperti asalnya.”
'Sita, for sure, dropped these ornaments on the grassy ground. They are in good shape (without any damage).

Rama interprets the condition and placement of the ornaments as proof they were dropped during abduction.
