तं दृष्ट्वा वानरा घोरं स्थितं शैलमिवापरम्।गाढं परिहितास्सर्वे दृष्ट्वा तान्पर्वतोपममान्।।।।
taṃ dṛṣṭvā vānarā ghoraṃ sthitaṃ śailam ivāparam |
gāḍhaṃ parihitāḥ sarve dṛṣṭvā tān parvatopamān ||
Melihat yang mengerikan itu berdiri teguh bagaikan sebuah gunung yang lain, semua vānara pun menguatkan pendirian; dan dia, melihat mereka—laksana gunung dalam kekuatan—berdiri berhadapan dengan mereka.
Seeing the monkeys, the infuriated demon ran towards them, raising his fist firmly, saying, 'You are all as good as dead, now that I have caught you.'
Dharma includes preparedness: when danger arises, one should stand united and steady rather than panic—especially while serving a collective righteous aim.
The Vānara group and the demon confront each other; the monkeys tense and ready themselves for conflict.
