तत्रोष्य रजनीमेकां गोसहस्रफलं लभेत् । ततःपंचनदंगत्वानियतोनियताशनः

tatroṣya rajanīmekāṃ gosahasraphalaṃ labhet | tataḥpaṃcanadaṃgatvāniyatoniyatāśanaḥ

Dengan bermalam di sana satu malam, diperoleh pahala setara dengan sedekah seribu ekor lembu. Kemudian pergi ke Pañcanada, dengan berdisiplin dan mengawal makanan, hendaklah meneruskan amalan niyama.
