दिवि तारयते देवान्गंगा त्रिपथगा स्मृता । ज्ञानतोज्ञानतो वापि कामतोऽकामतोपि वा

divi tārayate devāngaṃgā tripathagā smṛtā | jñānatojñānato vāpi kāmato'kāmatopi vā

Di alam syurga, Gaṅgā menyelamatkan para dewa dan dikenang sebagai “Tripathagā”, sungai yang mengalir melalui tiga jalan. Sama ada didekati dengan sedar atau tidak sedar, dengan keinginan atau tanpa keinginan, ia tetap mengurniakan pelepasan.
