It recommends rising during a portion of the night and engaging in regular remembrance (smaraṇa) of the gods, holding Dhruva as a model of steadfast virtue.
Dhruva symbolizes unwavering resolve and meritorious devotion; remembering him reinforces the ideal of steadfastness in one’s spiritual discipline.
Discipline and constancy: cultivating a steady routine of remembrance and aligning oneself with exemplary figures strengthens dharma and inner stability.
