Not explicitly stated in the provided excerpt (instructional narrator/teacher voice)

Concept: At twilight, perform punar-nyāsa with exactness—placing vyāhṛtis into heart and head—to re-consecrate the body as a vessel of mantra.

Application: Keep a consistent sandhyā routine: brief breath-settling, then mindful placement/recitation; treat heart (intention) and head (clarity) as the first sanctified centers.

Primary Rasa: shanta

Type: celestial_realm

Visual Art Cues: {"scene_description":"At the violet edge of sunset, a practitioner sits facing the horizon, palms purified, eyes half-closed. As he recites ‘Oṃ bhūḥ’ and ‘Oṃ bhuvaḥ,’ subtle golden syllables descend into the heart and rise to the crown of the head like luminous seals, aligning breath and awareness with the sandhyā hush.","primary_figures":["sādhaka performing sandhyā","Sūrya (implied presence at horizon)"],"setting":"Open courtyard or riverbank with a small water pot (kalaśa), kuśa grass, and a low altar; the sun at the horizon line.","lighting_mood":"golden dawn","color_palette":["twilight violet","burnished gold","copper orange","indigo blue","ivory white"],"tanjore_prompt":"Tanjore painting style: sandhyā scene with a seated sādhaka facing the setting sun, ornate gold leaf rays around the solar disc; glowing Devanāgarī ‘Oṃ bhūḥ’ at the heart and ‘Oṃ bhuvaḥ’ at the head as stylized mantra-emblems; rich maroon and green borders, temple-lamp accents, finely detailed ritual vessels with gold highlights.","pahari_prompt":"Pahari miniature style: delicate sunset gradient over a calm river; a slim sādhaka in white with refined facial features, subtle mantra glyphs painted as faint gold wisps at heart and head; cool blues and violets, gentle naturalism, distant trees and birds, minimalistic sacred objects.","kerala_mural_prompt":"Kerala mural style: frontal seated figure with bold outlines; sun disc at the top corner, mantra syllables as decorative medallions on chest and head; earthy reds and yellows with deep green background, stylized lotus and creeper borders, temple-wall texture.","pichwai_prompt":"Pichwai cloth painting style: sandhyā-vandana composition framed by lotus borders; central sādhaka beneath a floral canopy, sun disc with gold rays, mantra syllables rendered as ornamental motifs; deep indigo cloth ground, intricate white lotuses, peacocks at corners, subtle conch motifs."}

Sandhi Resolution Notes:

FAQs

It teaches punar-nyāsa—renewed mantra-installation on the body during sandhyā—specifically placing the vyāhṛtis “Oṃ bhūḥ” in the heart and “Oṃ bhuvaḥ” on the head.

They are the first two vyāhṛtis (cosmic utterances) associated with the earth-plane (bhūḥ) and the mid-region/atmosphere (bhuvaḥ), used in Vedic-linked meditative and ritual contexts.

It emphasizes disciplined regularity and precision in daily worship—performing sacred duties at the proper time (sandhyā) and following the practice faithfully rather than casually.
