Concept: The infinite can be present in the subtle; the Supreme is the seed-cause in whom the universe abides unmanifest.

Application: In daily life, respect small beginnings (habits, vows, japa) as carriers of vast outcomes; cultivate inwardness—seek the ‘seed’ (God) behind appearances.

FAQs

It conveys that a vast effect can be latent within a subtle cause: the universe exists in a potential, seed-like state within the supreme causal source before manifestation.

From a cause: it explicitly frames the creator/source as “seed-form” (bījabhūta), implying the cosmos unfolds from an underlying causal principle rather than arising from nothing.

It encourages humility and reverence toward the subtle: what appears small or hidden (like a seed or the unseen divine cause) can contain immense power and significance.
