भूतानां चैव सर्वेषां गणानां च पिनाकिनम् । मानवानां मनुं चैव पक्षिणां गरुडं तथा

bhūtānāṃ caiva sarveṣāṃ gaṇānāṃ ca pinākinam | mānavānāṃ manuṃ caiva pakṣiṇāṃ garuḍaṃ tathā

Dalam kalangan segala makhluk, Baginda menetapkan yang terunggul; dalam kalangan gaṇa, Pinākin—Śiva pemegang Pināka—sebagai ketua; dalam kalangan manusia, Manu; dan dalam kalangan burung, Garuḍa juga sebagai yang utama.
