Mārkaṇḍeya’s Birth and Boon; Puṣkara’s Glory; Rāma’s Śrāddha; Refuge-Hymn to Śiva

तस्यैवं स्तुवतोऽवोचच्छूलपाणिर्वृषध्वजः । उवाच वचनं हृष्टो राघवं तुष्टमानसः

tasyaivaṃ stuvato'vocacchūlapāṇirvṛṣadhvajaḥ | uvāca vacanaṃ hṛṣṭo rāghavaṃ tuṣṭamānasaḥ

Tatkala baginda memuji demikian, Tuhan Mahadewa yang memegang trisula, berpanji lembu, pun bersabda. Dengan hati gembira dan jiwa berkenan, baginda menuturkan kata-kata penuh sukacita kepada Rāghava.
