FAQs

It describes Brahmā urgently speaking to Hari (Viṣṇu) to protect or accomplish the purpose of a sacrifice, while a cowherd maiden remains distressed by anxious thoughts.

By portraying Brahmā turning to Hari for decisive help, it reflects the Vaishnava motif that Viṣṇu is the ultimate support for cosmic order (dharma) and ritual efficacy (yajña).

It highlights how anxiety can overpower a person’s clarity and stability, implying the need for steadiness, right counsel, and reliance on dharma (and, in the Purāṇic frame, divine support) during distress.
