आसनं तु तथा दद्यात्पुष्पमाल्यं तपोधन । वित्तशाठ्यं न कुर्वीत दानं हीनफलं यतः

āsanaṃ tu tathā dadyātpuṣpamālyaṃ tapodhana | vittaśāṭhyaṃ na kurvīta dānaṃ hīnaphalaṃ yataḥ

Wahai yang kaya dengan tapa, hendaklah juga diberikan tempat duduk dan kalungan bunga. Jangan menipu dalam hal harta, kerana sedekah demikian hanya berbuah sedikit.
