Ekādaśī, the Day Sacred to Hari

सूत उवाच । एकादश्यास्तु माहात्म्यं किमहं वच्मि सांप्रतम् । श्रुत्वा चैकादशीनाम यमदूताश्च शंकिताः

sūta uvāca | ekādaśyāstu māhātmyaṃ kimahaṃ vacmi sāṃpratam | śrutvā caikādaśīnāma yamadūtāśca śaṃkitāḥ

Sūta berkata: “Apa lagi yang dapat aku katakan kini tentang kebesaran Ekādaśī? Bahkan apabila nama Ekādaśī sahaja didengar, para utusan Yama pun menjadi gentar.”
