Narrator/Compiler (context not specified in the provided excerpt)

Concept: Śraddhā-yukta śravaṇa of sacred narrative destroys pāpa and leads to Viṣṇu’s supreme abode.

Application: Set aside a daily time to listen to or read a Purāṇic chapter with attention and reverence; treat hearing as sādhana, not entertainment.

Primary Rasa: shanta

Secondary Rasa: adbhuta

Type: celestial_realm

Visual Art Cues: {"scene_description":"A circle of attentive devotees sits in a lamp-lit hall as a sacred chapter is recited; from the sound-waves of the recitation, a luminous path rises upward like a lotus-stem. At its summit, Viṣṇu’s supreme abode appears as a radiant, serene realm, suggesting liberation through faithful listening.","primary_figures":["Vishnu (as distant radiant presence)","devotee-listeners","a reciter (paurāṇika)"],"setting":"Temple mandapa or āśrama hall transitioning into a visionary glimpse of Vaikuṇṭha-like radiance","lighting_mood":"temple lamp-lit","color_palette":["sapphire blue","lotus pink","gold leaf","ivory white","emerald green"],"tanjore_prompt":"Tanjore painting style: a richly ornamented mandapa with devotees seated in rows listening with folded hands, the reciter on a small vyāsapīṭha; above them a stylized golden aura opens into Viṣṇu’s parama-pada, with heavy gold leaf halos, ruby-green architectural borders, gem-studded crowns, and traditional South Indian iconography emphasizing serenity and blessing mudrā.","pahari_prompt":"Pahari miniature style: an intimate satsanga scene in a forest-āśrama courtyard, delicate faces turned toward the reciter; a soft, misty vision of Viṣṇu’s abode appears in the sky like a pale lotus, cool blues and greens, lyrical trees and distant hills, fine linework and gentle emotional restraint.","kerala_mural_prompt":"Kerala mural style: bold outlined devotees in a temple interior, oil-lamp flames and floral motifs; above, a large circular prabhāmaṇḍala reveals Viṣṇu’s serene form as symbolic radiance, using natural pigments—deep reds, yellows, greens—with characteristic wide eyes and rhythmic ornamentation.","pichwai_prompt":"Pichwai cloth painting style: a devotional listening assembly framed by intricate floral borders and lotus motifs; the upper register shows a stylized Vaikuṇṭha pavilion in deep blue and gold, peacocks and hanging garlands, emphasizing bhakti through ornate patterning and sacred symmetry."}
