एवं तात क्षयो जातः क्षत्रियाणां महात्मनाम् । दिव्यादेवी सुदुःखार्ता गता सा वनकंदरम्

evaṃ tāta kṣayo jātaḥ kṣatriyāṇāṃ mahātmanām | divyādevī suduḥkhārtā gatā sā vanakaṃdaram

Demikianlah, wahai yang dikasihi, kebinasaan menimpa para Kṣatriya yang berhati mulia itu. Dewi yang suci, dilanda dukacita yang amat, pergi ke gua di rimba.
