तारितोऽहं त्वया पुत्र रुद्रलोको ह्यभून्मम । पदे पिंडप्रदानेन हस्ते तु स्वर्गतिर्नहि ॥ ४३ ॥
tārito'haṃ tvayā putra rudraloko hyabhūnmama | pade piṃḍapradānena haste tu svargatirnahi || 43 ||
Wahai anakku, aku telah diselamatkan olehmu; sesungguhnya alam Rudra (Rudra-loka) menjadi tempat kediamanku. Dengan mempersembahkan piṇḍa di kaki (tempat suci) diperoleh hasil ini—namun mempersembahkannya ke dalam tangan tidak membawa kepada syurga.
