Gaṅgā-māhātmya
बीजानि च विचित्राणि तेषां मूलानि वै तथा । तावत्कल्पसहस्राणि तेषां लोकेषु संस्थितिः ॥ ७२ ॥
bījāni ca vicitrāṇi teṣāṃ mūlāni vai tathā | tāvatkalpasahasrāṇi teṣāṃ lokeṣu saṃsthitiḥ || 72 ||
Biji-bijinya beraneka ragam, demikian juga akar-akarnya; dan sebanyak itulah ribuan kalpa lamanya, keberadaan mereka tetap teguh berdiri di alam-alam.
