Kāṣṭhīla-Upākhyāna: Rākṣasī, Spear-Śakti, and Kāśī as Śakti-kṣetra
Narada (teaching in a dharma-upadesha context)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It presents satya (truth) not merely as ethics but as the metaphysical ground of existence—hence truthfulness becomes a core spiritual discipline aligned with Vedānta.
Bhakti is sustained by inner integrity; truthful speech and living in satya purify the mind and make devotion steady, non-hypocritical, and fit for worship and vows.
It emphasizes śāstric pramāṇa (scriptural authority): the ethical injunction “speak truth” is validated by Vedānta, guiding correct conduct (sadācāra) in ritual and daily life.
