प्रयतानां मनुष्याणां ग्रहर्क्षोत्थान्यशेषतः ।
एष कूर्मो मया ख्यातो भारते भगवान् विभुः ॥
prayatānāṃ manuṣyāṇāṃ graharkṣotthānyaśeṣataḥ / eṣa kūrmo mayā khyāto bhārate bhagavān vibhuḥ
Bagi orang yang tekun, telah aku jelaskan dengan sempurna kesan-kesan yang timbul daripada planet-planet dan nakṣatra (rumah bulan). Maka Tuhan yang perkasa, Kurma—Penjelmaan Kura-kura—telah aku huraikan demikian dalam Bhārata.
