Adhyaya 49Primordial Human Creation, the Rise of Desire, and the Origins of Settlements, Measures, and Agriculture

गृहाकाराः यथा पूर्वं तेषामासन्नहीरुहाः ।

तथा संस्मृत्य तत्सर्वं चक्रुर्वेश्मानि ताः प्रजाः ॥

gṛhākārā yathā pūrvaṃ teṣām āsann ahīruhāḥ / tathā saṃsmṛtya tat sarvaṃ cakrur veśmāni tāḥ prajāḥ

Sebagaimana bentuk rumah mereka dahulu—dibuat daripada tumbuhan dan sulur menjalar—demikianlah, setelah mengingati semuanya, orang-orang itu membina semula tempat tinggal mereka.
