Adhyaya 45 — Mount Meru
भूमेरन्तस्त्विदं सर्वं लोकालोकं घनावृतम् ।
विशेषाश्चेन्द्रियग्राह्या नियतत्वाच्च ते स्मृताः ॥
bhūmerantastvidaṃ sarvaṃ lokālokaṃ ghanāvṛtam / viśeṣāścendriyagrāhyā niyatatvācca te smṛtāḥ
Di dalam bumi, sesungguhnya, segala ini—Lokāloka (wilayah/sempadan antara dunia dan bukan-dunia)—diliputi oleh jisim yang padat. Dan unsur-unsur yang terperinci dianggap dapat ditangkap oleh pancaindera, kerana bentuknya telah ditentukan (tetap).
