गृहस्थस्तत्परो भूत्वा सुसमाहितमानसः ।
ततस्तोयमुपादाय तेष्वेवाचमनाय वै ॥
gṛhasthas tatparo bhūtvā susamāhitamānasaḥ / tatas toyam upādāya teṣv evācamanāya vai
Tuan rumah, yang menumpukan niat pada upacara itu dan dengan minda yang terhimpun rapi, hendaklah kemudian mengambil air dan melakukan ācamana di tempat itu juga sebagai sebahagian daripada amalan.
