स्वाहाकारं स्तनं देवाः पितरश्च स्वधामयम् ।

मुनयश्च वषट्कारं देवभूतसुरेतराः ॥

svāhākāraṃ stanaṃ devāḥ pitaraś ca svadhāmayam | munayaś ca vaṣaṭkāraṃ devabhūtasuretarāḥ ||

“Para dewa meminum puting yang disebut Svāhā-kāra; para leluhur (pitṛ) meminum yang bersifat Svadhā. Para resi meminum puting Vaṣaṭ-kāra; dan golongan lain—seperti makhluk hidup serta mereka yang bukan dewa dan bukan asura—turut menikmati menurut bahagiannya.”
