Adhyaya 24Kuvalayashva’s Refusal of Gifts and the Vision of Madalasa’s Maya

मायेति दर्शिता तेन मिथ्या मायेति यत्स्फुटम् ।

वाय्वम्बुतेजसां भूमेराकाशस्य च चेष्टया ॥

māyeti darśitā tena mithyā māyeti yat sphuṭam |

vāyv ambu-tejasāṃ bhūmer ākāśasya ca ceṣṭayā ||

Melalui dirinya, telah diperlihatkan dengan jelas bahawa itu ialah “māyā”, yakni māyā yang sungguh palsu—melalui gerak-kerja angin, air, api, bumi, dan ruang (ākāśa).
