नास्ति स्त्रीणां पृथग्यज्ञो न श्राद्धं नाप्युपोषितम् ।

भर्तृशुश्रूषयैवैतान् लोकानीष्टान् व्रजन्ति हि ॥

nāsti strīṇāṃ pṛthag-yajño na śrāddhaṃ nāpy upoṣitam | bhartṛ-śuśrūṣayaivaitān lokān iṣṭān vrajanti hi ||

Bagi wanita tiada korban suci yang tersendiri, tiada śrāddha yang tersendiri, bahkan puasa sebagai upacara berdiri sendiri pun tiada; dengan berkhidmat kepada suami semata-mata mereka benar-benar pergi ke alam yang diingini.
