Chapter 55
सकृदेवानतं शेकू रथमभ्यसितु परे । अलभ्य: पुनरश्वैस्तु रथात् सो$तिप्रपादयेत्
sakṛd evānataṃ śeku ratham abhyasitu pare | alabhyaḥ punar aśvais tu rathāt so 'tiprapādayet ||
Vaiśampāyana berkata: Para pahlawan pihak lawan hanya sempat mengenali kereta perang itu sekali sahaja, ketika ia mula-mula mendekat. Mereka tidak pernah mendapat peluang kedua—kerana sebaik Arjuna merapati, dia menumbangkan mereka dari kereta masing-masing dan menghantar mereka, bersama kuda-kuda mereka, dari dunia ini ke alam sana.
