Karṇa-kuṇḍala-kavaca-jijñāsā; Kuntibhoja’s hospitality and Pṛthā’s appointment (कर्णकुण्डलकवचजिज्ञासा)

समेत्य युयुधे तत्र ततो रामेण रावण: । युयुधे लक्ष्मणश्नापि तथैवेन्द्रजिता सह,तदनन्तर वहाँ पहुँचकर रावण श्रीरामचन्द्रजीके साथ युद्ध करने लगा। दूसरी ओर लक्ष्मणने भी इन्द्रजितके साथ युद्ध करना प्रारम्भ किया

sametya yuyudhe tatra tato rāmeṇa rāvaṇaḥ | yuyudhe lakṣmaṇaś cāpi tathaivendrajitā saha ||

Setelah bertemu di sana, Rāvaṇa pun bertempur dengan Rāma. Pada masa yang sama, Lakṣmaṇa juga mula beradu senjata dengan Indrajit.
