iti prakāraṁ śrīmahābhārate vanaparvaṇi antargate mārkaṇḍeyasamāsyāparvaṇi āṅgirasopākhyānaviṣayakaḥ dviśatatamo 'dhyāyaḥ pūrṇaḥ

Translation

Demikianlah berakhir bab ke-220 Mahābhārata dalam Vana Parva, pada bahagian Markandeya-Samāsya, yang menyentuh kisah Āṅgirasa. Kolofon penutup ini menandai selesainya satu rangka pengajaran dan penceritaan, serta menjadi jeda untuk merenung makna moral dan rohani daripada peristiwa yang baru sahaja dinukilkan.
