मुखजेनाग्निना क्रुद्धों लोकानुद्)र्तयन्निव । क्षणेन राजशार्दूल पुरेव कपिल: प्रभु:
mukhajenāgninā kruddho lokān uddhartayann iva | kṣaṇena rājaśārdūla pureva kapilaḥ prabhuḥ ||
Mārkaṇḍeya berkata: “Dalam amarahnya, api yang keluar dari mulutnya seakan-akan membakar habis segala alam; sekelip mata sahaja, wahai harimau di antara raja-raja, yang perkasa itu menjadi seperti Kapila zaman dahulu.”
