ब्राह्मणानुयात्रा—शौनकोपदेशः
Brāhmaṇas Follow into Exile and Śaunaka’s Instruction
द्रौपद्या विप्रकर्षण राज्यापहरणेन च । दुःखार्दितानिमान् क्लेशैरनईहहं योक्तुमिहोत्सहे
draupadyā viprakarṣaṇa-rājyāpaharaṇena ca | duḥkhārditān imān kleśair anaihaṁ yoktum ihotsahe ||
Yudhiṣṭhira berkata: “Kerana penghinaan terhadap Draupadī dan perampasan kerajaan kami, mereka ini sudah pun ditimpa dukacita. Maka aku tidak mahu mengikat mereka di sini kepada kesusahan yang lebih berat dengan mengenakan beban tambahan.”
