Indradyumna Upākhyāna: On Kīrti, Smṛti, and Restoration
प्रजास्यति महाराज तदा संक्षेप्स्यते युगम् । अकालवर्षी पर्जन्यो भविष्यति गते युगे,महाराज! जब फूलमें फूल, फलमें फल लगने लगेगा, उस समय युगका संहार होगा। युगान्तकालमें मेघ असमयमें ही वर्षा करेंगे
prajāsyati mahārāja tadā saṅkṣepsyate yugam | akālavarṣī parjanyo bhaviṣyati gate yuge ||
Mārkaṇḍeya berkata: “Wahai raja agung, apabila tanda-tanda yang melawan tabii itu muncul, zaman akan menguncup menuju penghujungnya. Dalam kemerosotan yuga, awan pembawa hujan akan menurunkan hujan di luar musim.”
