Indradyumna Upākhyāna: On Kīrti, Smṛti, and Restoration

वैरबद्धा भविष्यन्ति परस्परवधैषिण: । विद्याके बिना ज्ञान न होनेसे उन सबको लोभ दबा लेगा। फिर लोभ और क्रोधके वशीभूत हुए मूढ़ मनुष्य कामनाओंमें फँसकर आपसमें वैर बाँध लेंगे और एक-दूसरेके प्राण लेनेकी घातमें लगे रहेंगे

vairabaddhā bhaviṣyanti parasparavadhaiṣiṇaḥ |

Mārkaṇḍeya berkata: “Mereka akan terikat dalam permusuhan sesama sendiri, masing-masing berhasrat akan kebinasaan yang lain.”
