Kailāsa-darśana, Badarī-vāsa, and Sarasvatī–Dvaitavana Transition (कैलासदर्शन–बदरीवास–सरस्वतीद्वैतवनगमनम्)

व्यामोहयं च तान्‌ सर्वान्‌ रथमार्गैश्चरन्‌ रणे तेडन्योन्यमभिसम्मूढा: पातयन्ति सम दानवान्‌,राजन्‌! उस समय मैंने विद्या-बलका आश्रय लेकर महती बाण-वर्षके द्वारा उनके अस्त्र-शस्त्रोंकी भारी बौछारको रोका और युद्ध-भूमिमें रथके विभिन्न पैंतरे बदलकर विचरते हुए उन सबको मोहमें डाल दिया। वे ऐसे किंकर्तव्यविमूढ हो रहे थे कि आपसमें ही लड़कर एक-दूसरे दानवोंको धराशायी करने लगे

arjuna uvāca | vyāmohayaṃś ca tān sarvān rathamārgaiś caran raṇe te ’nyonyam abhisammūḍhāḥ pātayanti sma dānavān, rājan |

Arjuna berkata: “Wahai Raja, dengan bergerak di medan perang sambil mengubah-ubah laluan keretaku, aku mengelirukan mereka semua. Dalam kekalutan dan tidak mampu menentukan tindakan yang wajar, mereka saling memukul; maka Dānava itu pun tumbang oleh pertempuran sesama sendiri. Pada saat itu juga, dengan bersandar pada kekuatan ilmu persenjataanku, aku menahan hujan senjata mereka yang berat dengan hujan anak panah yang besar.”
