Vaiśampāyana berkata: Mereka melihat taman-taman hiburan yang gemilang, kaya dengan keindahan, dihiasi kalungan bunga beraneka warna yang halus, bersinar dalam pelbagai rupa, memikat pandangan seolah-olah milik Kubera, penguasa kekayaan.

The verse primarily conveys a narrative-aesthetic point: extraordinary beauty and abundance can be expressed through comparison with a divine standard (Kubera’s wealth). Implicitly, it highlights how sensory splendor can signal an exceptional, possibly supernatural or royal, environment—inviting discernment about appearances and the sources of prosperity.
Vaiśampāyana describes the scene being encountered: magnificent recreational grounds, adorned with colorful garlands and scattered with gems, so visually enchanting that they seem like the domain of Kubera, the lord of wealth.
