Arjuna meets the Lokapālas, is tested by Indra, and is led to Amarāvatī for astra-śikṣā
Indraloka-gamana
एवमेतं त्वतिक्रम्प महामेरुमतन्द्रित: । भावयन् सर्वभूतानि पुनर्गच्छति मन्दरम्
evaṃ etaṃ tv atikrampya mahāmerum atandritaḥ | bhāvayan sarvabhūtāni punar gacchati mandaram ||
Vaiśampāyana berkata: “Demikianlah, tanpa kelalaian, setelah melintasi Meru yang agung itu, baginda kembali semula ke Mandara, memelihara segala makhluk bernyawa. Begitu juga Dewa Surya, pemusnah kegelapan, dengan sinarnya menyara seluruh alam, dan sentiasa beredar di laluan yang tidak terhalang ini.”
